Yeah, not worth it. That's just appearance stuff afaik, except the Women in History which adds some events that are kind of worthwhile. What's the price difference between the base game and the extreme? If it's enough difference to buy one or two of the more important DLCs, I'd do that. But looking at the opinions on forums it seems like dlc are very much a must to play the game properly. But looking at the prices of the bundles, it‘s pretty nuts compared to almost any other game - 270€ for one ,380€ for the largest one , even the cheapest one is 90€. It came out in 2016, and with Stellaris (2016) and CK3 (2020) is part of the "modern" PDX grand strategy game sequels. EU4 did come out in 2013, a year after CK2, but it looks and plays much better than CK2, meaning it has a better life expectancy compared to it. The favor mechanic makes it harder to abuse your allies to get what you want in the early game. It's an improvement from a game design perspective, but it makes the game harder. Then again, the Estates make the game easier. For most nations the game is easier with Cossacks enabled. While I like the game a lot, the base price of 90 euro for all this dlc is unreasonable to me.
